Walter Leal, jujeño de pura cepa, es un cocinero dedicado a la cocina norteña y apasionado investigador de la cocina ancestral. Su búsqueda y pasión por la gastronomía del norte Argentino cruzaron caminos con nuestro enólogo Agustín Lanús, lo cual hizo que formaran un dúo perfecto entre Cocina y Vino, logrando que la carta de Bad Brothers Wine and Food Experience sea única, en sabores y texturas bien vallistas.
